Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between bd188 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services made available at bd188. By completing the registration process, accessing the platform in any capacity, or placing any bet or wager on any product offered by bd188, you signify your unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the bd188 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. bd188 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication to the platform. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are supplemented by the bd188 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform (including but not limited to sports betting rules, casino game rules, and promotional terms). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail with respect to that product only.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

bd188 is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of eighteen (18) years is permitted to register, access, deposit funds with, or participate in any game or betting product offered by bd188. This restriction is absolute and applies regardless of the laws of the jurisdiction in which the User is located.

By creating an account on bd188, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. bd188 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all registered players. No withdrawal will be processed on any account that has not completed KYC verification. bd188 reserves the right to request age and identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including immediately upon registration.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, eligibility to hold a bd188 account is subject to the following conditions:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing bd188 for your own personal recreational use, not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the bd188 platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of bd188 or any of its affiliated game and technology partners.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their care do not access the bd188 platform. bd188 strongly recommends the use of parental control software on any device to which a minor has access. Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the bd188 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device configurations — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You further agree to keep this information up to date at all times. bd188 will not be held responsible for account access issues, delayed payments, or compliance failures that arise from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd188 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. bd188 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

• You must notify bd188 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +880 1700-000188.
• bd188 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
• Do not share your account credentials with any other person. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• bd188 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

bd188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on bd188 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

The following table sets out the current minimum and maximum transaction limits. These limits are subject to change at any time at bd188's discretion. Players will be notified of any material change to transaction limits via the platform's announcement system.

All funds deposited into your bd188 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. bd188 reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method and suspend the account if a third-party deposit is detected.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same bd188 account, subject to KYC verification.
• bd188 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business banking hours for bank transfer methods may be queued for processing on the next available business day.
• bd188 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Users will be notified promptly in such cases.
• Funds held in a bd188 account do not accrue interest.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

bd188 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. These include but are not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladeshi calendar. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the platform.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bd188 promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or utilise bonus funds.
• Each eligible player may claim each bonus offer once unless the specific offer's terms explicitly state that it may be claimed multiple times.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific offer's terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received unless stated otherwise.

• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another player's account, exchanged for cash, or used on any form of matched betting or arbitrage strategy. bd188 actively monitors for these practices and will void bonuses and associated winnings if they are detected.
• bd188 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any wagering already undertaken in good faith before the withdrawal of an offer will be honoured in accordance with the terms that were live at the time the wagering was placed.

Section 6

Gameplay and Fair Use

By participating in any game or betting market on bd188, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All game and betting outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform. Errors or technical faults that do not affect the integrity of an outcome will not result in a void or reversal of the result.
• In the event of a genuine technical error that materially affects the fairness of a game round or the accuracy of a displayed price, bd188 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds recorded at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at bd188's discretion, including during periods of high-incident play, score changes, weather interruptions, or technical review.
• You must not use any software tool, algorithm, bot, scripted action, or automated process to interact with the bd188 platform. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards, or coordinate betting strategies is strictly prohibited. bd188 monitors gameplay patterns for evidence of collusion and will take immediate action where it is detected.

bd188 reserves the right to review any account, game session, or betting history at any time. Where bd188 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these fair use provisions, the platform may withhold withdrawal processing and conduct a formal review before releasing funds. The outcome of any such review is final.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Termination

bd188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a verification request.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripted processes to interact with the platform.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, or arbitrage exploitation.
• Suspicious payment activity, including deposits from unverified third-party sources or patterns consistent with money laundering.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Formal request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure for cause (i.e., a breach of these Terms), bd188 reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account if those funds are directly associated with the activity that led to closure (for example, winnings derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent deposits). Where account closure is not due to a breach by the User — for example, a voluntary self-exclusion request — any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of pending bonus obligations will be returned to the User's verified payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Requests for account closure are typically processed within 48 hours. During the processing period, the account will remain accessible. Players may request an immediate temporary suspension if they need the account locked urgently — for example, in a responsible gaming context.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd188 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bd188 platform, including but not limited to financial losses incurred through gambling, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, even if bd188 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bd188 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond bd188's reasonable control. bd188 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance and to restore service as promptly as possible following any unplanned outage.

bd188 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including but not limited to odds, game statistics, promotional details, and payment processing estimates. While bd188 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of published information, errors may occur and bd188 disclaims all liability for such errors to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bd188's liability for death or personal injury caused by bd188's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
